<img src="https://forum.konsumenteuropa.se/attached-file/1153257269674442a4be2f72e2ab386f/dialog/1832758/">hi I booked a shipment with this company on 9th August 2018 and item was supposed to be picked up on 13th Aug 2018 from my place , i cancelled this order on 10th August via an e-mail to their customer service also notified by sending message on their facebook page which they acknowledged as well, now status on their website is showing they have picked the stuff from my place and it is being transported to Germany :) while the package has not been sent , can you advise what should i do in this case?
